Herbal Skin Polish

Some people cannot use beauty products available in the market but obviously everyone likes glowing skin so i will tell you how you can prepare a herbal polisher at your home.Take the following ingredients in the quantity given
Lemon Juice 1/2 tablespoon
Honey 1/2 tablespoon
Basin 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Grinded mint leaves 1 teaspoon
Mix those ingredients well and apply this paste on face for 15mins.After 15 mins wash it off with fresh water and do not use soap.You will see the difference immediately.It is a very good polisher for skin.It makes your skin and glow and because of mint leaves we have added it gives a soothing affect on face.You can apply it twice a week for making your skin tone even.

Home Made Wax

The wax you buy from market is quiet expensive. I am giving you the procedure of making wax at home it is very easy you can make it at home and it will give you better results. Only three ingredients are required to make wax sugar, water and lemon.
Take ingredients in quantity as follows you can change the quantity according to the quantity of wax you want to made
Sugar 1/4kg
Lemon 4 to 6
Water 1/2 cup
Pour water in a steel bowl and add sugar and lemons in it.Make it on a very slow heat and stir it with a wooden spoon.When it turns light brown take it out and check whether it melts or not if it is hard and doesn't melts down then it means the wax is ready.
It is a very good wax you can keep it as long you want and use it by heating it for 30 to 40 seconds in microwave oven or in wax heating machine.

Tips for Hair Care

Hairs are the part of your beauty which enhances your personality. Rough hair dulls your beauty. If your are looking very pretty but your hair texture and look is not giving a groomed sight then it leaves a negative impact on your personality. You can nourish your hair if you pay proper attention to them. Here are some tips to make your hair healthy and strong
  • Before deciding what type of nourishment your hairs require check out the texture whether they are oily or dry. If your hair leaves excess oil after 1 day of washing them then they are oily and if they remain dry after washing then they have dry texture.
  • Normal hairs are neither dry nor oily. Dry hairs need more nourishment in contrast to oily hair. Although brushing hair is a healthy exercise for them but brushing oily hairs accelerate glands of oily hair.
  • Avoid washing your hair daily it damages your hair roots.
  • Henna is a best toner for your hair. Apply henna twice a month to nourish your hair it will give a very natural color to your hair so avoid dyeing them. Make a paste according to the given formula
    1 mug henna powder.
    Boil Amla ,Sekakai and Tea in water until it gives a dark color then after separating the water from the ingredients pour this water in henna powder and make a paste.
    2 Tea spoon coffee for a burgundy touch shade on hair.
    Mix 2 lemons juice in the paste.
    Add 3 table spoon of mustard oil for dry hair and if your hair texture is dry then do not add it. For normal hair add 2 table spoon of oil.
    Mix it and then leave this mixture for 1 hour and then apply it on hair until it dries. You can also leave the mixture after mixing for whole night for better results. For sure by applying henna in this way will improve the condition of your hair.
  • Massage with oil which suits your twice or once a week.
  • For dandruff mix mustard oil with ripen yogurt and you can also add egg. Use it thrice a week your dandruff will vanish in few weeks.
  • To make your hair black and strong boil Amla and Sekakai in water and pour this water along with the herbs in a bottle and use it after washing your hair apply it on hair and leave it for 4 to 5 mins and then wash them off with fresh water.
  • Do not wash your hair with warm water it will make dandruff and your hair will start falling so always wash your hair with fresh normal water.
  • For hair fall wash your hair with yogurt mixed with basin or you can also start herbal treatment by washing your hair with amla,sekakai and retha mixed in equal quantity. Stop using shampoo and use it for washing purpose it will solve your problem of hair fall.
  • Before taking bath apply ripe yogurt and apply it for 20 mins it makes your hair healthy and strong.
  • Always add some water in shampoo while you apply it on your palm it reduces the chemical affects of shampoo.
  • Olive oil is the best toner for dry and damaged hair.
